- Description
- The project consists of updating and repairing existing features at the Ft. Yates water treatment plant operated by the Standing Rock Sioux Tribe and Bureau of Reclamation. Work items: (1) remove and replace existing doors, doorframes, finish hardware, and locks, (2) paint new doors and door frames, paint existing door frames, and paint adjacent wall coverings if damaged during installation of new doors/frames, (3) remove existing exterior wood siding and replace with corrugated metal siding, (4) remove existing ventilation fan, ducting and damper and replace with new ventilation system, and (5) remove and replace existing exerior windows with new aluminum framed windows with appurtenances. Competition is unrestricted (designated industry group 235990 under the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program).
