- Description
- Repair deteriorated bathrooms on the first floor in the East and West housing areas. Architectual work includes replacing ceiling, wall, floor and counters. Mechanical work includes replacing waer closet and lavatory faucet, fixtures and associated piping. Replace ceiling exhaust fan for 3-bedroom type unit and fin tube heater with thermostatic valve for 4-bedroom type unit. Electrical work includes replacing existing bathroom lights and associated wiring and control switches on 1st floor, and removing existing wall outlet and installing new junction box with step-down auto transformer for mirror lights. Replace existing power outlet for existing exhaust fan and control switch in 3-bedroom type housing. Site orientation will be conducted on 2 Aug 02 at 1000 hours. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFEROR MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM WORK IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
