Description

Contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, equipment, plant, material, parts, transportation, and incidentals necessary to provide repair to Base Pavements: Primary NAICS code is 234110. This acquisition is being restricted to qualifying 8(a) sources. This acquisition is geographically restricted to the State of Oklahoma. This serves as a combination Synopsis and Pre-solicitation Notice as required by FAR 36.213-2. Your name may be included in the source list maintained by the issuing office by e-mailing the following information to the point of contact listed below: (1) Solicitation Number, (2) Company Name, (3) Point of Contact, (4) Company?s E-mail Address, and (5) Street Address with 9-digit zip code. Any contractors receiving this as a pre-solicitation notice who do not want to receive future pre-invitation notices should advise this office. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be issued electronically on or about 5 Aug 02 on the Government?s Federal Business Opportunities (FedBizOpps) web site at http://www.fedbizopps.gov. You must register at that site in order to receive notification of changes to the solicitation. Paper copies are not available as the Government is moving towards paperless procurement. Any prospective contractor must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) at http://www.ccr.gov and must be compliant with veterans? employment reporting requirements (i.e., submitted VETS-100 Report, if applicable) in order to be eligible for award.
