- Description
- Construction to complete site preparation for a Medium-intensity Approach Lighting System with Runway Alignment Indictor Lights (MALSR) at Bethel Airport, Bethel,Alaska. Work includes, but is not limited to, construction of a concrete threshold light foundation, installation of electrical conduit with conductors, grounding, guard wire, and electrical devices for the MALSR. To be eligible for award, an offeror must have successfully completed at least one construction contract on an operating airport. Site visit will be held on or about July 19, 2002. Contact Richard Field at (907) 271-2436 to schedule the site visit and arrange site access. Preproposal conference will be held at 1 p.m. on July 23, 2002, Alaska Time, in Room 156 of the Anchorage Federal Office Building. Copies of the solicitation will be available to prospective offerors through July 24, 2002; one copy per offeror.
