NA In compliance with FAR 5.201 this is a notice of intent to award a single source requirements type fixed price contract for the reclamation of Condemned AGT 1500 Forward Header Assemblies NSN 3040-01-197-8098. This is being accomplished pursuant to the pr ovision of FAR 6.302-1 Only One Responsible Source and FAR 15.607 Acceptance of a proprietary unsolicited proposal. The Government intends to negotiate with KEY Enterprises, 52838 West 61st Street South, Oilton, OK 74052 for the establishment of a firm fix ed price requirements type contract. Key Enterprises unsolicited proposal represents a proprietary, unique, innovative method of reclaiming the AGT 1500 Engine Forward Header Assembly, NSN 3040-01-197-8098. Prior to the receipt of this unsolicited proposa l, the Army has not been able to reclaim the forward header assemblies. Estimated value of this acquisition is less than $5,000,000.00. This is not a Request for Proposal.
