- Amendment Number 1 to Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC) Request for Proposals (RFP) # 0220055 for Moving & Storage Services. The subject RFP was issued on 03 July 2002. The proposal due date of 29 July 2002 is not extended by this amendment. The RFP is hereby amended as follows: Prospective offerors submitted the following questions concerning the RFP. The questions and the CFTC?s answers are as follows: 1)Question: Can you please provide us with the location/address of the off-site storage facility? / Answer: The storage facility is located in Springfield, Virginia. 2)Question: How often do you anticipate that the vehicles and extra personnel will be needed? / Answer: We estimate that the vehicles and extra personnel will be needed an average of 4-8 times per year. 3) Question: Is there an average size load that would need to be relocated so that we may get an idea of what type of truck (s) would be needed to perform these additional services? / Answer: The average size load requires the use of a 24FT truck. Except as specified in this Amendment, all other terms and conditions of the RFP remain unchanged.
