- NA Resulting solicitation will invite bidders to submit an Invitation for Bids (IFB)(s) to perform Repair of Fire Damaged Quarters, Building 5065 A & B, Fort Campbell, Kentucky. Work includes: demolition and removal of debris, ceiling and insulation replace ment, replacement of windows with PVC windows, new doors & associated trim, replacement of floor coverings, replacement of gypsum board, installation of electrical systems and fixtures, replacement of damaged framing members, painting, replacement of damag ed HVAC system components, replacement of cabinets, new dishwasher, garbage disposal, & water heater, and application of stain killers/other cleaners are required. The magnitude of this project is estimated between $100,000.00 and $250,000.00. Period of performance is 150 days. Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 19.1305, Hubzone Setaside Procedures, this acquisition is 100% setaside for Hubzone Business Concerns. NAICS is 233210/$28.5 Million.
