- Description
- This requirement is for contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct a canteen in the Building 185 Shell Space at the VA Northern Indiana Health Care System, 1700 E 38th Street, Marion, Indiana. Work includes, but is not limited to selective demolition, light gage steel framing, finishes, plumbing, HVAC and electrical items, plus installation of owner provided food service equipment. Requests for solicitation package must be in writing, by fax (765-677-3106) or e-mailed (marcia.guenin@med.va.gov). Packages shall be issued on a first come first serve basis. NAICS 233320 applies; $28.5 million maximum average annual receipts. Cost Range: $250,000 - $500,000. Solicitation will issue on or about 7/30/02.
