- THE UNITED STATES GOVERNMENT SEEKS TO LEASE CLASS "A" OFFICE AND RELATED SPACE IN LISLE, ILLINOIS BOUNDED BY THE FOLLOWING DELENEATED AREA: North: Butterfield Road South: Warrenville Road West: Route 53 East: Finley Road. The United States Government seeks to lease approximately 12,600 rentable square feet of office space yielding between 10,950 - 12,045 of occupiable space. 10 reserved, enclosed and secured parking spaces are also required. The space must be on the 2nd floor or above and the space must be contiguous. Additionally, the space must be fully serviced and altered to meet the Federal Government's standards for Fire Safety and Handicapped Accessibility. The building must have a maintenance or freight elevator that can be accessed with reduced exposure or contact with other tenants. The desired occupancy date is December 2002 and the lease term is ten (10) years, five (5) years firm. Property owners who have available space should respond to GS-05B-17009 and submit the building name and address, available usable square footage, rental rate, floor plan and owner's name and address and written statement from owner that offeror has legal authority to provide information on the property. Please respond by July 19, 2002.
