Description

NA The Army requires a construction contract, full and open competition – sealed bid, subject to availability of funds, for an Aircraft Fuel Servicing Facility with fuel spill containment, including electrical service and paving, to be built at Hunter Army Ai rfield, GA. The work covered by this contract consist of furnishing all plant, labor, materials, and performing all operations required in connection with construction of an Aircraft Fuel Servicing Facility, Hunter Army Airfield, Georgia and shall be comp leted in strict accordance with specifications and drawings subject to the terms and conditions of the contract. The work includes but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: Provide demolition of existing pavement and other items as shown on the drawings. Construct metal building shelter, construct fuel spill containment system, new paving as shown on the drawings and electrical and plumbing systems as indicated on the drawings. The Contractor shall maintain compliance with all federal, st ate, and local environmental laws, rules, and regulations at all times. The Contractor shall obtain all needed permits or licenses. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000 and $500,000. The NAICS Code is 235990. The size standard is 11.5 millio n. The solicitation will be posted on the internet only.
