- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is F04700-02-T-5018. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2001-07 and DFARs Change Notice (DCN) 200020531. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code is 541380. This acquisition includes Contract Line Item Number?s: CLIN 0001, 1 EA SERVICE NONPERSONAL; THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROIVDE ALL, LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSSARY TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICE. HYDROSTATIC TESTING, REFURBISHMENT OF 2 TUBES, HIGH PRESSURE 10000 PSI HELUIM TRAILER, GRIT BLASTING OF EXTERNAL SURFACE, BASIC TRAILER MAINTENANCE, REASSEMBLY, PRESSURIZATION, FINAL LEAK CHECK. TRAILER WILL BE PRIMED, PAINTED AND DECALED TO AF SPECIFICATIONS. CLIN 0002, 1 EA, SERVICE NONPERSONAL; THE CONTRACTOR SHALL PROIVDE ALL, LABOR, TOOLS, PARTS, EQUIPMENT, MATERIALS AND TRANSPORTATION NECESSSARY TO PERFORM THE FOLLOWING SERVICE. HYDROSTATIC TESTING, REFURBISHMENT OF 38 TUBES, HIGH PRESSURE 2400 PSI HELUIM TRAILER, GRIT BLASTING OF EXTERNAL SURFACE, BASIC TRAILER MAINTENANCE, REASSEMBLY, NEW VALUES, NEW RELIEF DEVICES, PRESSURIZATION AND FINAL LEAK CHECK. TRAILER WILL BE PRIMED, PAINTED AND DECALED TO AF SPECIFICATIONS. CONTRACTOR WILL PICK-UP AND DELIVER TRAILERS. FOB DESTINATION. CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (MAR 2000).
