- Description
- The U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration intends to negotiate on a non-competitive basis with the Finger Lakes Production Company of Ithhaca, New York. This acquisition shall be for the purchase of forty-three 90 second radio shows on ocean related topics. The base award will be for (2) two months with (1) one option to acquire an additional 43 ninety-second shows. The Statement of Work for this requirement is included as an attachment to this notice. Offerors who believe that they can meet this requirement are required to submit in writing an affirmative response demonstrating they can meet the Governments requirement. To be considered an affirmative response, all responses must included a cost estimate, a written narrative statement of capability, including detailed technical information and other technical literature demonstrating the ability to meet the above requirements. In your response, you must address each of the items listed in the Statement of Work in sufficient detail to permit the agency to establish whether your company has bona fide capability to meet the requirements. A determination by the Government not to open competition based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Contracting Officer. A fixed price purchase order is contemplated for this acquisition. Affirmative written response must be received no later than fifteen days after publication of this synopsis.
