- Description
- Provide all labor, materials, tools, equipment, supplies and supervision as necessary for the Renovation of approximately 20,000 square feet of space located on the third floor at the Bronx VAMC(Bldg. 100). Contractor will be responsible for but not limited to the demolition and removal from premises all existing walls, ceilings, ductwork, electrical and mechanical systems and the replacement of same. The project shall be phased to provide a mimimum interruption to the normal Medical Center activities and utility systems during the construction period. All work shall be performed in full accordance with drawings and specifications for Project # 526-01-103. Completion time is 270 calendar days. Estimated contruction cost is between $500,000 and $1 million.
