- Solicitation No. TIRNE-00-R-00004 for Janitorial Services for the IRS Philadelphia Service Campus is hereby cancelled in it's entirety. This solicitation was originally advertised in the CBDNET on January 19, 2000. This advertisement was never solicited in FEB Biz because that was not the advertising vehicle being used for IRS advertising at that time. The reason for the CANCELLATION OF THIS SOLICITATION IS DUE TO TIME LAPSE FOR AWARDING THE CONTRACT AND SUBSTANTIAL CHANGES THAT ARE NOW NEEDED IN THE STATEMENT OF WORK. REQUIREMENTS
