- NA PRON: AX2F5159AX, NSN: 3040-01-433-8512, PN: 7-311511136 -9, Quantity 196 each applicable to AH-64 Airframe unit. F.O. B. Destination with deliveries to Texarkana, TX. This is a 100% small business set-aside and is restricted to the approved small b usiness concerns, Jaco Engineering (1H427), and The Purdy Corporation (15152). This part requires engineering source approval by the design control activity in order to maintain the quality of the part. ?By U.S. Law, participation in Small Business Set Asides are restricted to U.S. Small businesses, therefore foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored.? The required delivery when First Article Testing is applicable is 196 each 180 Days After Contract Award. The First Article Test Rep ort is due 108 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when First Article is not required is 196 each 120 Days After Contract Award. The required delivery when alternate II is recommended is 196 each 150 Days After Contract Award. Adequate tech nical data is not available for this acquisition. The closing date annotated is an estimated date and may be adjusted dependent upon the date of release of solicitation, however, solicitation will not close prior to the closing date stated above. All off erors must meet prequalification requirements in order to be eligible for award. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. Firms are encouraged to seek source approval in order to comp ete for future solicitations by accessing the website www.redstone.army.mil/cmo/ and looking under SAR information.
