- Description
- This is an unrestricted solicitation. Remodel 6th Floor East for Inpatient Psychiatric Unit. Work to include, but not limited to, labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform general construction, selective demolition, alterations, mechanical and electrical work, partitions, ceilings, casework, alteration of existing plumbing and fire sprinkler system, and removal and disposal of asbestos containing materials, lead paint, certain other items, and all work necessary for the accomplishment of subject project. Cost range is between $1 million and $2 million subject to availability of funds. Specifications and drawings may be issued on or about July 17, 2002 by the following means: for paper documents, contact W. S. Printing, 90 East Escalon, Suite 107, Fresno, CA 93710. Fax request to vendor on company letterhead conatining sufficient information to facilitate contact by contracting officer for amendments, clarifications, etc. Distribution will be under supervision of the Contracting Officer. Paper documentation may only be obtained from that firm. All costs of obtaining the plans and specifications shall be non-refundable and borne by the contractor. Fees for obtaining plans and specifications shall be payable to the firm listed above. No partial documents shall be available from the firm. CD media of plans and specifications are available at no cost to the potential bidder by contacting the Contracting Officer named below in writing by letter or fax.
