- Description
- Preventive Maintenance Service Contract on government-owned Mammotest Plus System, 85200G-2, located at Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, NC for Mammotest table and Mammo Vision System to include two (2) preventive maintenance inspections per contract year; all software revision upgrades pertaining to customer's current hardware configuration; all replacement parts (including glassware and consumable items). The requirement will be for a period of one year, 01 Oct 2002 thru 30 Sep 2003, with 4 one-year option periods. It is the Government's intent to issue a sole source award to Fischer Imaging Corporation, 12300 Grant St., Denver CO 80241. See Numbered Note 22.
