- NA The North Dakota Air National Guard will issue a combined synopsis award for commercial items. Any potential source which feels that they can meet the Government's minimum requirements as stated above in the subject line can notify the Contracting Office at the NDANG. POC is MSGT Brit D. E-mail written solicitation/RFQ requests via e-mail to brit.stevens@ndfarg.ang.af.mil Fax written solicitation/RFQ requests to 701-451-2334 All requests for solicitation/RFQ's shall be in writing, no telephone requests shall be accepted. The Government shall utilize Simplified Acquisition Procedures and award on Best Value to the Government.
