- This requirement is for the preparation of a Summary Report and a Research Note based on the results of the 2002 Survey of Public Participation in the Arts. The Survey will be conducted in August 2002. Over 16,000 telephone interviews of adults will be conducted and the results will be provided in tabular and machine-readable form. Comparable national surveys of the adult population regarding their participation in the arts were conducted in 1982, 1985, 1992 and 1997. The Summary Report and Note to be produced under this contract would provide the results, analysis, and comparisons of the 2002 Survey with the prior surveys. The resultant contract will be a purchase order, awarded under the simplified acquisition procedures of Part 13 of the FAR. RFQ 02-07 will be posted on FedBizOps approximately July 11, 2002.
