- The solicitation that was posted on June 21, 2002 and closes on July 10, 2002 is hereby extended until July 22, 2002. All other terms and conditions remain the same. Contractor to repair/rebuild 15 each, 20 foot Potable Water containers per RFQ (N00189-02-T-0758). Complete RFQ Package available upon request in writing by Fax (757-443-1389). When requesting a copy of RFQ (N00189-02-T-0758), contractor must state that neither the requestor nor principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any federal agency?Failure to do so will be grounds for refusing the request. This procurement will be accomplished through commercial item procedures. Note: Numbered Note Number 1 Applies; "The Proposed Contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns."
