- NA The subject solicitation has been modified to include renovation for an additional 27 units that will require some design. Approximately 138 units of the 164 will have completed plans and specifications. Approximately 27 units will require the specificat ions and plans to be completed by the contractor if selected. Existing plans, existing site conditions and criteria for improvements will be included in the RFP for these 27 units. The contractor will be required to detail design capability and relevant experience in the RFP proposal. No actual design submittals of housing units will be required in the RFP proposal. Actual design of these 27 units will only be required if the government selects these units. The release date has been delayed to on or a bout July 26, 2002 as a result of this change. Proposals will be due 30 days after release of solicitation. The Preproposal conference has been rescheduled for 9 August 2002 and will be held at Whiteman Air Force Base.
