- DSCC is issuing a solicitation and subsequently an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for Strategic Material Sourcing (SMS) Initiative. This solicitation will address Project 1, Engines, Transmissions, Turbines, Propulsion, which contains 112 NSNs. Other FSCs included in this solicitation are 2920, 2930, 2940, 2990, 3010, 3020 and 3040. This will be a small business set-aside solicitation for a period of 5 years. The issue date for this solicitation is 12 July 02, with a closing date of 12 Aug 02. Interested Parties can view the solicitation package by going to the web address below: http://www.dscc.dla.mil/programs/contracts/ NOTE: All correspondence will be done through web address.
