Description: The Naval Air System Command intends to extend Contract N00019-98-D-0029 with Lockheed Martin Aircraft Center, Greenville, SC for P-3 Aircraft Phased Depot Maintenance (PDM) for a period of 145 days awaiting award of the follow-on contract(s) for these services. The proposed contract extension is for the depot maintenance for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302.
