- Description
- The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, National Institute for Occupational Safety and Health, has a requirement for a literature and pilot study on 3-dimensional torso-shape quantification methods for the design and sizing of fall-protection harnesses. This requirement will be fulfilled utilizing simplified acquisition procedures with written quotations on Standard Form 18. Request for Quotations (RFQ) 2002-Q-00520 will be issued on an unrestriced basis on or about July 25, 2002, and quotations due on or about August 8, 2002. Requests for RFQ 2002-Q-00520 should be submitted in writing and may be sent to facsimile number (412) 386-6429. Please cite the solicitation number in your request. Offerors may obtain a copy of the RFQ through the internet also at www.eps.gov. All responsible responsive sources may submit an offer which shall be considered by the agency.
