Description
Modification for SP0430-02-R-4198,ARG02031045007, Issue date is 26 July 2002 and closing date is 26 Aug 2002, DSCR is seeking to establish one or more Indefinite Quantity Contracts for contractor supply, FOB Destination, of the following types of Vehicular Batteries: 1) NSN 6140-00-057-2553, Battery, Storage, Lead Acid, Dry Charged IAW Spec MIL-B-11188H DTD 1994 Sep 13, Type M11188/1-A-12V, Type 2HN; Estimated annual quantity: 10,000 EA 2) NSN6140-00-059-3528 Battery, Storage, Lead Acid, Dry Charged IAW Spec MIL-B-11188H DTD 1994 Sep 13, Type M11188/2-A-24V, Type 4HN; Estimated annual quantity: 5,000 EA 3) NSN 6140-01-446-9498 Battery, Storage, Lead Acid, Dry Charged, Maintenance Free with Overpack (Electrolyte) IAW Spec ATPD 2206 Rev 7, Type I 6TMF; Estimated annual quantity: 80,000 EA 4) NSN 6140-01-469-9184 Battery, Storage, Lead Acid, Dry Charged, IAW Spec ATPD Rev 7, Type III 6TMF; Estimated annual quantity 80,000 EA. First Article Testing is required on all of the above NSNs. The base period is for two years. Provisions to extend the term of the contract for three additional years are also included. Automated Best Value System (ABVS): The final award contract decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitaion.
