- Solicitation SP0600-02-R-0080 for COCO Storage Services in the Saudi Arabia area. Defense Fuel Support Point services are required for the period beginning February 1, 2003 (performance period will be three years with two one-year options to renew). Storage Capacity: Approximately 1,000,000 U.S. gallons. The purpose of this requirement is to obtain the necessary petroleum services and infrastructure to support the aviation fuel storage requirements in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Contractor is required to provide manpower, equipment, material and resources necessary to perform services, which includes the receipt, storage, and bulk issuing of U.S. government-owned aviation turbine fuel (JPTS).
