Description
NA The Fleet and Industrial Supply Center is conducting this market survey to determine the interest and capability of Industry to participate in a competitive acquisition for a Compact Automatic Antenna Test System (CAATS) Indoor Antenna Range Upgrade for the Naval Aviation Depot North Island, San Diego, CA. Responses to this sources sought synopsis in the form of capabilities presentation submissions will form the basis of the Government's decision on whether to offer this requirement on an unrestricted basis under full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this acquisition is 334515 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. THIS SYNOPSIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS. It is a market research tool being utilized to determine the availability and adequacy of potential competitive sources prior to issuing a Request for Proposal. The Government is not obligat ed to and will not pay for information received as a result of this synopsis. It is requested that interested sources submit a brief capabilities statement (no more than 15 pages in length) demonstrating ability to provide the upgrade described. This documentation should address, as a minimum, the following: (1) Prior/current corporate experience in performing similar work within the last three years, (2) whether your company is a large or small business using the size standard of 500 employees, (3) whether your company could provide a 12 month warranty on parts and labor, (4) How many days or months to expect this project to take to complete?
