Description

NA The Army requires a firm fixed price contract to construct a pre-engineered steel frame structure at Fort Stewart, Georgia, completed in strict accordance with specifications and drawings, and subject to the terms and conditions of the Contract. The work includes, but is not necessarily restricted to the following items: A building with metal siding and split-faced concrete masonry unit pilasters on a slab grade. Interior finishes will be gypsum board, ceiling tiles, carpet, ceramic tile and vinyl compos ition tile flooring. Site work will include basic site preparation, exterior electrical, sanitary sewer and water line installations and an HVAC system comprised of central air handlers with outdoor condensing units. Performance time is 270 days. This acquisition is unrestricted. The NAICS Code is 233320. The size standard is $27.5. The magnitude of this project is between $250,000.00 and $500,000.00 and is SAF, Subject to Availability of Funds. The best estimate for issuance of the solicitation is on or about August 1, 2002.
