- NA Construct one (1) three-story 144-PN barracks building; one (1) 251-500 ala carte dining facility; three (3) large sized, two-story Company Headquarters Buildings, site utilities and site landscaping. New barracks to be attached to the existing Soldier Com munity Building at Ft Richardson. Award will be made to the responsible bidder whose bid is responsive to the terms of the Invitation for Bids and is most advantageous to the Government considering only price. Anticipate award in June 2002. Work to be comp leted not later than 30 Jun 2005. All responsible sources may submit a bid which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation is subject to cancellation.
