- Description
- The is a presolicitation is for a requirements contract which consists of furnishing all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision necessary to construct individual onsite water well systems, individual water systems and other required appurtenances. Work is to be performed at or near approximately six Indian residences located in Del Norte and Humboldt Counties, California. It is estimated that 6 water well systems and 6 individual water systems will be installed during the base and option year. The individual water well systems will consist of a drilled and cased well with sanitary seal. The individual water systems will consist of a submersible well pump, drop pipe, water service line to the house, a pressure tank and well controls. The water well and individual water systems will be constructed for the both the base and option years. Contractor must possess a California C-57 Water Well Drilling Contractor's license. The contract will be for a one year period and a one year option and award will be based on the total estimated amount for the two year period. This requirement is a 100% set aside for small businesses. The estimated amount is between $250,000 and $500,000. Performance and payment bonds will be required.
