- IFB 247-0330-02 - Charleston, SC Renovate Five (5) Existing Elevators at the VA Medical Center, 109 Bee Street, Charleston, SC 29401. This solicitation is full and open competition, the NAICS code is 235950. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, permits, license and supervision to “Renovate Five (5) Elevators, “ Project No. 534-01-107. Work includes but is not limited to; prepare site for building operations, including demolition and removal of existing structures, and furnish labor and materials and perform work as required by the drawings, specifications, and related material for this work. Estimated dollar value of construction is $250,000.00 to $500,000.00. Estimated solicitation issue date is July 10, 2002. Estimated Bid opening date is: August 26, 2002. NO HARDCOPY SOLICTATIONS WILL BE ISSUED. There are a limited number of drawings (19 sets) available on a first come first serve basis.
