- NA The Missouri National Guard desires a firm, fixed-price contract to construct a Ready Building in the 1200 area Fort Leonard Wood, Missouri. Base bid work consists of a single story 12,430 SF building on shallow/individual column footings, with slab on-g rade construction atop granular drainage fill. Site work includes rough earthwork and rough final grading, drainage, granular driveways, concrete sidewalks and utility services to the building to include sewer, water, electric, and LPG. Building is steel framed with a partial brick veneer and standing-seam metal roof. Work includes all typical architectural finishes, specialty equipment installations, HVAC, plumbing and electrical work. Additive bid items include: upgrade of granular pavements to concrete, Electric door openers, window blinds, stainless steel counters and optional casework and marker/bulletin boards, trash dumpster, metal shelving, lockers, and other non-essential constru ction and installations. All work is to be performed in strict accordance with the specifications and drawings. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $1,000,000 and $5,000,000. Performance period for this project is 180 calendar days from r eceipt of the Notice-to-Proceed. The North American Institutes Classification System (NAICS) is 233310. The small business size standard including affiliates, is no more than an average of $27,500,000 revenue for the previous three years. The estimated bid opening date is 29 August 2002. The time and date of the Pre-Bid Conference will be identified in the Solicitation. Contractors must be registered through Central Contract Registration (CCR) in order to receive award.
