- This modification is to re-establish the receipt for offers. A revised equipment list has been posted as solicitation # 2 to show the items and quantities. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation is issued as a Request for Quote under the number F1338021550100. This solicitation is reserved as a small business set-aside. The associated Naics code is 334111, and the small business size standard is 1,000 employees. Items are equipment and component parts. Quotes are requested on a Brand Name only - for the items on the equipment listing (Atch 1) Offerors are required to submit a completed copy of the provision FAR 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certification ? Commercial Items, with their offer (Atch 2). To assure timely and equitable evaluation of offers, each offeror must complete and submit a pricing proposal for exact items as listed on (Atch 1) and Offeror Representations and Certification (Atch 2). Award of this acquisition will be based on price. Price will be evaluated by the total of all items added together. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors - Commercial Items, applies to this acquisition; FAR 52.212-2, Evaluation - Commercial Items, also applies.
