- The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is seeking sources for the following items. This is a sources sought announcement only. Since this is only a sources sought announcement, at this time, there is no solicitation available. Requests for a solicitation will not receive a response. The NAICS code is 334419 with a SBA size standard of 500 employees. Interested parties need to identify if they fall into one of the Small Business categories: Small Business, Hub Zone Small Business, Veteran Owned Small Business, Woman Owned Small Business, Small Disadvantaged Business, Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, and/or 8(a) Contractor. The Air Force Flight Test Center (AFFTC) is seeking sources for the anticipated purchase of the following items. Eighteen (18) Crystal Oscillators (Two pieces of each unit for a total of eighteen (18) units): The specifications for the eighteen (18) items are included as attachments to this posting. Attachment 1 titled Specification for Eight High Stability Crystal Oscillators contains all the required salient characteristics for sixteen (16) of the required items (two (2) pieces of each unit). Attachment 2 titled Specification for a TTL Crystal Oscillator contains all the required salient characteristics for the ninth and final Crystal Oscillator (two (2) pieces of the unit) required in this posting. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the eighteen (18) Crystal Oscillators detailed in this posting are invited to submit in writing drawings and a complete technical package detailing system capabilities that meet the above requirements. Respondents are required to submit with their submittal package enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis. INTERESTED CONTRACTORS MUST COMPLY WITH DFARS 252.204-7004, REQUIRED CENTRAL CONTRACTOR REGISTRATION (NOV 2001).
