- NA This solicitation is for a broad range of maintenance, repair and minor construction work on real property at Fort Sill, Oklahoma. The work is required in support of the Directirate of Public Works (DPW) activities. The contract will be an indefinite qua ntity type contract, and will list a wide variety of individual construction tasks. During the contract period DPW will identify construction tasks as required to complete each specific job, and will issue delivery orders to the contractor to complete tho se jobs. The contractor will be required to furnish all materials, equipment, and personnel necessary to manage, and accomplish the job. The contractor will be required to maintain management offices full time in order to receive work requests, and provi de other engineering management services related to accomplish individual jobs. Individual jobs will vary in size, with the majority expected to be of a small to medium size. The jobs will include a variety from all construction disciplines including, bu t not limited to demolition, asbestos abatement, masonry, carpentry, sheet metal, welding, roofing, painting, plumbing, heating and air conditioning, and interior/exterior electrical work. Commencement will be within ten days of notice to proceed. The co ntract will be a 12 months Base and four 12-months Options to be executed by the Government. This project is set aside for 8(a)contractors in the state of Oklahoma, and others contractors within a 100 miles radius to Fort Sill, Oklahoma.
