- Description
- The government intends to acquire 32 each Power Transformer TW-64442, P/N 61600-62252-101 for use on Special Operations Aircraft (SOA) Blackhawk MH-60K/L. The procurement of this item is being conducted on a sole source basis under the authority of FAR 6.302-1. The intended source is Magnetika, Inc., 410 Oberline Ave., S., Lakewood, NJ 08701. Magnetika is the OEM and the only known source for this power transformer. A firm fixed price purchase order under FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP) is anticipated. Required Delivery Date is 30 August 2002. Delivery point is Blue Grass Army Depot, Richmond, KY 40475. This is a DO-A1 rated order. The solicitation number is USZA95-02-T-0023. The North American Industrial Classification code is 336412; the business size is 1000 employees. FOB: Destination. Inspection/Acceptance: Destination. The request for proposal document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. The information contained in this notice and solicitation will also be published on the Interagency Business Opportunities Page (IBOP) website: https://abop.monmouth.army.mil. Note: Contractors must be registered in IBOP in order to be able to submit a proposal. Proposals for this solicitation will be accepted only through IBOP or by e-mail (if IBOP is not available by the due date). The request for quotation will be issued on or about 22 July 2002. Quotes are due 5 August 2002, 2:00 PM local time and should be addressed to: Technology Applications Contracting Office, Attn: AMSAM-TASO-K (attn: Kay Griffin), Lee Blvd., Building 401, Ft.
