Description

The Contractor shall furnish 10-ton truck on per diem basis for transportation of hazardous or general freight within the Government installations, specified in SF 1449 Schedule of Supplies/Services, in accordance with the terms and conditions of the resultant Purchase Order DOD 4145.26-M (DOD Contractors' Safety Manual of Ammunition and explosives), and applicable Japanese laws and trade practice. NOTE: THIS PROJECT WILL BE PERFORMED IN ITS ENTIRETY IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN. THE SUCCESSFUL OFFER MUST BE LICENSED AND REGISTERED TO PERFORM THE SERVICE IN THE COUNTRY OF JAPAN.
