To Obtain A Copy, Submit Request To DSCR Via Internet, Internet Address Is: Http://www.dscr.dla.mil/tdmd (All Lowercase, Please). Notes: Special Instructions For Nsn: 1680-00-123-9480 The Following Specifications/Standards, Etc., Will Be Used Ilo The Data Indicated. The Superceded Data Will Not Be Furnished Unless So Indicated. 1. Cadmium Plate Per Mil-Std-870, Type Ii, Class 2 Ilo Fp-49. 2. Install Bushings With Wet Zinc Chromate Primer Per Tt-P-1757 Using Best Shop Procedures Ilo Cp-4 And Fh-19. 3. Heat Treat, Carburization Or Decarburization And Stress Relief Per Ams-H-6875 Ilo Ht-15, Ht-3 And Mmp-175. 4. Magnetic Particle Inspection Per Astm E1444 ILO It-32.1, It-32.3 And T-61. Use Full Wave Ac Current, Wet Continuous Method, Fluorescent Type With The Following Acceptance/Rejection Criteria: No Defects Allowed. Note: This Part Is In Inspection Classification Grade A, IAW Mil-Std-1907. The Intent Of No Defects Allowed Is That The Non-Destructive Inspection Is Conducted IAW The Appropriate Specification Astm E1444 To The Sensitivity Level Required And There Will Be No Indications Allowed. You must fill out a complete solicitation package in order to be evaluated. A letter RFP (offer) is not acceptable unless you are quoting IAW a BOA. EBB or EDI quotations are not acceptable. Requests for Proposals (RFP) will be available on the procurement gateway at http://progate.daps.mil. Contractors who have received hard copies in the past will now receive e-mail notifications if: an email address is listed in the CFR or you have registered your email address via the DSCR award/solicitation email registration at http://www.dscr.dla.mil/proc/register.htm. A solicitation will be issued on 29 July 2002.
