Description

The U.S. Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, and services to renovate the existing HVAC System in Building 49 at the EPA, Gulf Ecology Division, Gulf Breeze, Florida. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The estimated price range is $500,000.00 to $1,000,000.00. The solicitation will be issued on or about August 15, 2002 with a bid opening date around September 17, 2002 in Cincinnati, Ohio. THERE IS NO CHARGE FOR SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS.
