Description

Amendment #1 - This is hereby to amend the previously issued solicitation number RFP-GS11P02YTC0093 for Elevator Maintenance at the United States Courthouse, National Courts Complex and United States Tax Court, Washington, DC, as follows: The Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference is scheduled for Monday, July 15, 2002, at the Regional Office Building, 301 7th Street, SW, Room 1034, Washington, DC; at 10:00 a.m. Questions may be submitted prior to the conference, but only in writing. Questions must be received no later than Friday, July 12, 2002, 4:00 p.m. and sent via email to Meta.Edwards@gsa.gov. The question and answer portion of the Pre-Bid/Proposal Conference will be placed in an amendment to the solicitation for those bidders who were unable to attend the pre-bid/proposal conference. This is also to clarify the Proposal due date, time and location of deposit. All submittals must be received on or before Friday, July 26, 2002, 1:00 p.m. at the Regional Office Building, 301 7th Street, SW, Bid Room 1065, Attn: Meta E. Edwards, Contract Specialist, Washington, DC 20407. All other terms and conditions are to remain the same.
