- Description
- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound intends to procure Linens in support of Diego Garcia. Brand name or equals will be accepted. The identified Brad Name is Harbor Linen; part numbers will be identified in the solicitation. Linens consist of the following: Pillows, Bedspreads (twin, full and queen sizes), Pillowcases, Blankets, Mattress pads, Flat sheets, Fitted sheets, Bath Towels, Hand towels, Washcloths and Bath Mats, FOB origin, DCMA to inspect and accept, shipment via Government Bill of Lading. Desired delivery is 45 date after date of contract. This procurement is unrestricted. When issued, the RFQ will be posted on or about July 3, 2002 with a 10 day closing. All firms wishing to submit an offer are responsible for downloading their own copy of the RFQ from the NECO website (WinZIP is required) and to frequently monitor that site for any amendments to the RFQ. No telephone requests will be accepted. A fax to (360) 476-1476 or an email to "susanne_broadus@puget.fisc.navy.mil will be accepted if you are unable to download the RFQ. No paper copies of the RFQ and/or amendments will be mailed. Failure to respond to electronically posted solicitations and associated amendments prior to the date and time set for receipt of quotes may render your offer nonresponsive and result in rejection.
