- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. The solicitation number is F29651-02-Q-0348. This requirement is for commercial items FOB destination. Requisition Number F1MMG021420300 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This acquisition is 100% set aside for small business. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 336412. The commodities required for this acquisition are mechanized vehicle Ground Power Units, NSN 6130-01-418-5230, Telsa Industries Inc p/n TIMV3000GPU-24, FOB Destination. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Offers will be evaluated based on the ability to provide Brand Name or equal Items which meet the technical requirements, on the ability to deliver the items on or before 09 August 2002, and if all else is equal, on price. One attachment is included: The solicitation, Standard Form 1449, Solicitation, Offer, and award, containing item description.
