- Description
- Notice of intent to negotiate a sole source contract with the University of Washington (UW) for the NW Fisheries Science Center (NWFSC). Purpose of proposed contract is to provide statistical and analysis and modeling services. The UW will conduct statistical analyses, computer simulations and mathematical modeling. The UW will also help coordinate efforts of NWFSC technical staff working on analyses related to linking fresh metrics to habitat characteristics. The modeling mechanisms required by NWFSC were developed by UW personnel. NWFSC also requires PhD with experience conducting variety of statistical analyses and using mathematical modeling to address effects of habitat condition on aquatic species. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less than $50,000.
