- The following NSN's (listed with their annual demand quantities)will be on this solicitation: 1005-00-148-2324: 11,740 each; 1005-00-335-7318: 1164 each; 1005-00-674-7803: 1676 each; 1005-00-919-7014: 4316 each; 1005-00-922-8053: 40 each; 1005-00-922-8054: 160 each; 1005-01-038-8888: 68 each; 1095-00-109-6498: 108 each; 1095-00-450-8514: 24 each; 1095-00-866-2398: 688 each; 1095-01-263-7536: 37 each. A copy of this written solicitation will be posted to the following website: http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rd or it can be requested from the Bid and Abstract Room (DSCC-PBAA). A CD ROM is needed along with the solicitation. This CD ROM contains the item description and drawings. The solicitation will open 8/15/02 and will close 9/16/02. FOB requested is origin. This is a base year solicitation with 4 option years. All NSN's require origin inspection/acceptance, Product Verification Testing and Government First Article Testing. (See the solicitation for specifics on the FAT.) While price may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of past performance, delivery, price and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.
