- Description
- Provide Operation and Maintenance and repair services at the E. Barrett Prettyman, United States Courthouse, 333 Constitution Avenue, NW, Washington, DC. The Contractor shall be responsible for providing and accomplishing the required services as outlined in this performance solicitation. The Contractor shall be responsible for operations and maintenance of mechanical equipment in the United States Courthouse Building. The maintenance work shall be in accordance with commercial practices or manufacturer's specifications, if available, and shall be intended to maintain safe and reliable operating conditions until the next scheduled maintenance. One contract will be awarded from this solicitation. The total performance period will not exceed five years. Services are expected to commence on or about October 1, 2002. The NAICS Code is 235950. The solicitation will be posted electronically. The period of performance for this contract is for a base period of one year with 4 one year option periods. Posting System (Fed Biz Opps) website at http://www.eps.gov. Hard copies of the solicitation as well as all amendments will not be issued. Any prospective offeror interested in proposing on this solicitation, include your company name, address, telephone and fax numbers, points of contact, and e-mail address. You must send this information by email to Meta.Edwards@gsa.gov. Telephone requests will not be honored. Solicitation will be issued or about July 6, 2002. Proposals are due by August 7, 2002 at 1:00 p.m. local time. A pre proposal conference shall be held at the General Services Administration, Regional Office Building Auditorium, 301 7th Street, SW, Washington, DC. The date and time shall be listed in Section L of the solicitation. Offers are strongly encouraged to attend the pre-proposal conference.
