- Description
- The Bureau of Engraving and Printing (BEP) is soliciting sources for a machine vision system to be installed on Cope-Pak Inverted Sheet Inspection Systems at the Bureau of Engraving and Printing in Fort Worth TX. (A) Keyence CV-551 Camera Controller and Monitor, quantity: (2 ea), (B) Keyence CV-050 CCD Camera, quantity: (5 ea), (C) Keyence CV-L16 Camera Lens, quantity: (8 ea), (D) Ring Light with Power Supply CV-R11, quantity: (3 ea). The simplified acquisition procedures set forth in FAR parts 12 and 13 shall be used. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation. This notice constitutes the only solicitation; a written request for quotation will not be issued. This acquisition is set-side for small business (see numbered note 1) the applicable North American Industry Classification (NAICS) code 443130, with an annual receipts of $5.0 million. The resulting purchase order shall be firm fixed price. The basis for award shall be price. All interested small businesses are requested to submit a written quotation, which will be considered by the agency. Quotations may be submitted on a SF1449, SF18 or on company letterhead. Quotations shall include the RFQ number, the proposed unit price, the proposed extended price, any prompt payment discount terms, company name, point of contact, address, phone number, fax number, tax identification number, NAICS code, business size status, and Duns number. Shipping shall be FOB Destination. Quotations are due July 09, 2002 by 2:00 P.M.
