- Description
- The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to place a non-competitive, commercial contract with Acuson, a division of Siemens Medical Solutions, for the service and maintenance of five Acuson Sequoia Ultrasound Systems. The proposed contract will be for a base period, beginning 01 October 2002 through 30 September 2003, with four one-year option periods. The proposed contract is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties must identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals.
