- Description
- The Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport is contemplating a sole source award to Dense-Pac Microsystems Inc, for GCB Memory Board, part number DPE512S8N. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested, a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document incorporates the provisions and clauses in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2001-07. This requirement is set-aside for Small Business with NAICS Code 334413 and size standard of 500. The requirements are to be delivered by 10 October 2002, acceptance to be at Naval Undersea Warfare Center Division Keyport, Keyport, WA with FOB Destination. The following provisions apply to this solicitation, 52.212-1 Commercial Items; 52-212-3 Offeror Representation and Certification-Commercial Items, a completed copy of the provision at 52.212-3 to be submitted with vendor quote; 52-212-4 Contract Terms and Conditions - Commercial Items and 52-212-5. Responses shall be due NLT 1600 hours PT on 8 June 2002. Simplified Acquisition Procedures shall be used for this procurement. See numbered Notes 1 and 22
