- Description
- The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue solicitation number N00024-02-R-4119 for the advance planning and accomplishment of the Selected Restricted Availability (SRA) for USS SEAWOLF (SSN 21). The SRA includes advance planning, maintenance, repairs, alterations, testing and routine work on a nuclear powered submarine. The solicitation is restricted to nuclear-qualified contractors. A Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract is contemplated. Performance will take place at the successful Offeror?s shipyard. Offerors interested in obtaining a copy of the solicitation and/or being placed on the Bidders List should contact Ms. Sarah Harrison (SEA 02441H) in writing either via e-mail at harrisonsr@navsea.navy.mil or by facsimile number (202) 781-4637. The solicitation will be issued electronically posted at www.neco.navy.mil on or about July 17, 2002 where it can be found under its solicitation number and downloaded. Due date for receipt of proposals will be 30 days after issuance of the solicitation
