- NA The contractor shall provide all labor and materials for the manufacture of fuses for PTM (Placed training mining anti-handling devices) kits for worldwide mine and demolition training. This requirement is 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The NAICS is 3329 95, number of employees 500. The Request for Quotation will be issued approximately, July 15, 2002 with quotes due back, August 8, 2002. Telephone request will not be honored. All RFQ request shall include the following, a complete company name, mailing address/street address, company point of contact and the Request for Qotation number.
